Brian and I decided to treat ourselves to Zippy's Giant Burgers before last Saturday's Final Four.

This place has only been open 11 months and it gets so slammed they have to take the phone off the hook to catch up on orders. It's a small hole in the wall joint located in the Highland Park neighborhood of West Seattle. Brian and I pass it every weekend on our way to and from West Seattle and we frequently see lines out the door and the aroma of cooking burgers wafting out the windows.

I had a basic bacon cheeseburger with all the the hand cut fries. Brian had the basic burger minus the "secret sauce". If you love a dripping down your arm.....juicy, beefy burger, THIS IS YOUR JOINT! YUMMO!
