Menu Plan Monday: April 18-21, 2016

Happy Monday, Everyone!

I am off to Seattle on Friday for a long weekend and will celebrate #47 on Sunday. This week is a mixed bag as Chick is having some dental surgery so I am trying to keep the menu loaded with recipes that she can eat and still enjoy!  Here is our plan for the week!


MONDAY:  Garden Burgers with Tater Tots
TUESDAY: Thai Take Out!
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Fajita Pasta with a Garden Salad
THURSDAY: Grilled Chicken Thighs and Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes with Grilled Asparagus
