Menu Plan Monday: April 10-14th, 2016

Welcome to another beautiful Monday!

Spring has finally sprung here in Oregon and our days are getting warmer and our evening are getting longer.  We are back walking and trying to get fit for Summer.  Since we typcially go for a walk before dinner, it's super important to have a good menu plan in place, have meals that are easy to prep and quick to cook.

Monday:  Grilled Flank Steak with 1/2 baked potato and a Garden Salad
Tuesday: Yumm Bowls
Wednesday: French Onion Chicken Sandwiches
Thursday: Sauteed Fish with Brown Rice and Roasted Spring Vegetables
