Menu Plan Monday: Don't you just love planning!?

Were you a "hot lunch kid"? I used to love bringing home the school calendar and knowing what was on the lunch menu. Maybe I am just a weirdo?! That's why I love menu planning.

Monday: Turkey and Parmesan Meatloaf with Green Beans (still no oven, cooking on BBQ)
Tuesday: Spaghetti with pesto and tomatoes and Texas Toast

Wednesday: Chicken Piccata with a Big Garden Salad
Thursday: Men's B-Ball: University of Portland Vs. San Diego (Brian is in town - Date Night)

Friday: Steak Tostadas with Cilantro Sour Cream (we are still craving Mexican)
