Menu Plan Monday: November 4-7, 2013
Welcome to November!
I'll be cooking for one this week when Chick heads to Mexico. As always, I've got a few of my favorite things on the menu this week.

Monday: Garden Burgers with French Fries (Chick is packing and heading out early on Tuesday)
Wednesday: Fried Oysters, Yukon Gold Potatoes and Creamed Spinach
Thursday: Steak and Seared Scallops with Arugula, Beet and Goat Cheese Salad (Oregon Ducks kick off at 6PM)
