It's Pre-Christmas Week here at Rebecca Lane. Lots of celebrating, holiday outings and preparations for next week! I am heading up to Seattle for 10 days on Friday, but I wanted to put together a fabulous and easy menu this week.Enjoy!

Monday: Turkey Parmesan Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes, Buttery Peas and a Big Garden Salad
Tuesday: Chicken Schnitzel with leftover Salad
Wednesday: Quick and Easy White Bean and Sausage Soup. (Peacock Lane, anyone??)
Thursday: Pizza Night and Rebecca Lane Christmas!
