We are back from paradise! An amazing week in Mexico....eating some fabulous food, drinking some wonderfully refreshing cocktails and basking in the sun. I am really excited to be back in the kitchen this week. Here is our menu to welcome February!

Wednesday: BBQ'd Salmon with Stir-Fried Broccoli and Almonds
Thursday: Pork with Pomegranate Pan Sauce and Garlic Green Beans
