Thursday is Thanksgiving Day and we will be celebrating all long weekend long with some really good meals and lots of traditions.
Our hearts will be full even if our table is set a bit smaller this year. We are still over flowing with gratitude and love and celebrating all the things that make our family so wonderful.

MONDAY: Garden Burgers (I'll pick up the turkey at lunchtime)
TUESDAY: Tacos (quick easy meal after grocery shopping for the big day).
WEDNESDAY: Off work at 1PM and home to prep cook. Lasagna, Salad and Bread (thanks, Brian)

Roast Turkey & Gravy

SUNDAY: Turkey Enchiladas
