Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone has the joy of friendship, the love of family and the warmth and happiness of home.It's going to be an easy week this week - no menu plan. The Rebecca Lane household is trying to keep the costs down this week (lots of stuff in the freezer) and with the BIG MEAL on Thursday...who has time to cook? I've got giblets to simmer, a pie to bake and a turkey to brine.
