Our garden this year has been a struggle, but I am pleased to say that this past Wednesday we had our first official harvest! WOO HOO!I picked two small yellow squash and grilled them to perfection with some yummy caramelized garlic, huge button mushrooms and asparagus.
I think it's time to start exploring some fall garden options....broccoli, lettuce....anyone? I'll be planting next week. Wish me luck. I kinda like this harvest thing!!
