Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 package Betty Crocker cornbread mix
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) creamed style corn
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterrey Jack Cheese Blend
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterrey Jack Cheese Blend
Directions:
Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together then pour into slow cooker.
Cover; cook on high heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until mixture is set and knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
