With Memorial Day weekend just around the corner, don't you want a super easy and tasty BBQ recipe that you don't even have to fire up your BBQ for? You betcha!

Coca-Cola BBQ Chicken Sandwich
4 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 can (12 oz) coca-cola
1 bottle BBQ Sauce
4 cups pre-made cole slaw
12 hoagie or cibata rolls
12 slices Swiss cheese (optional)
Coat slow cooker with cooking spray and preheat to high.
Add chicken breasts and pour soda and BBQ sauce over chicken; stir to mix.
Cook on high for 3 hours, low for 6-7.
Before serving, pull or shred chicken with two forks into small pieces.
Serve on buns topped with cole slaw, cheese (if desired) and/or additional BBQ sauce, if needed.
