Do you have a Super Bowl hang-over this morning?
We pigged out yesterday on all our super bowl favorites so this week we need to get back to some clean eating.

Monday: Roasted Chicken Thighs with Mustard Thyme Sauce and a Salad
Tuesday: Grilled Skirt Steak with Broccoli
Wednesday: Shrimp and White Bean Salad
Thursday: Argentinian Pork Loin with Roasted Sunchokes
