Menu Plan Monday: December 9-12, 2013

Welcome Monday!

I've got a bit of cooking burn-out so I am relying on a possible night out to see Portland's Christmas Tree (grab a cocktail and some appetizers), plus cleaning out the freezer and a Thursday night pizza party to get me through the week.  This is the perfect time of year to clean out your freezer and your pantry...saving you both time and money this holiday season!

MONDAY: Kale Soup with Turkey Sausage (freezer meal) with Texas Toast and a Big Garden Salad
TUESDAY: Garden Burgers and Fries (we always have a package of garden burgers in the freezer)
WEDNESDAY: Cabbage Rolls over Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes (I made these a few weeks ago and froze half)
THURSDAY: Pizza Night!  Brian is in town for one night of teaching and the kitchen in closed!
