Menu Plan Monday: July 8-11, 2013


Welcome Monday!

How was your 4th of July?

I've been working out and walking most weekday mornings for a month now and I am really starting to see some improvements.

I think one of the biggest challenges is eating good and by planning my meals ahead of time, I am sure that I've saved myself 100's of calories a week.  I pack my lunch the night before and plan my weekly menu to include healthy food choices.  Try it out!
