We had such an awesome week.....celebrating three Christmases at Rebecca Lane.
Wednesday Chick and I hosted a Christmas Dinner with my Pop and Brian. I made a wonderful stuffed pork tenderloin (Boursin Cheese, fresh baby spinach and toasted pine nuts). Pop made scalloped potatoes and we had pan seared asparagus.
Not only did we celebrate Christmas, but also my Pop's birthday which is next Tuesday.
