Snow Capped Peaks

Three Sisters

On our flight home from Thousand Oaks earlier in the month, Brian and I had three seats to ourselves.

I scooted over to the window and surveyed the landscape the whole way home.

An awesome shot of Mount Jefferson....
Mount Jefferson is a stratovolcano in the Cascade Volcanic Arc and is the second-highest mountain in Oregon. Situated in the far northeastern corner of Linn County about 60 miles east of Corvallis, Jefferson is in a rugged wilderness and is thus one of the hardest volcanos to reach in the Cascades.
Good thing we can see it from the air!
Enjoy!
